This is a very old motel. Our room had been painted new tiles.. Clean overall, very pleasant.. The beds were very comfortable. The owner operator was very friendly and professional.

The location was ideal for getting around Clarence. It is close to the Main Street but noise level was minimum.

Met Mike very late in the evening taking me to the room and showing me around while turning on all the lights. The next day he told me that the room was renovated only two weeks before. The pillow, mattress and bedding was wonderful The room had a microwave oven and small fridg/freezer. There was cable. The bathroom was older with shower stall, but everything I needed including a hair dryer was there and all was spotless. I would have liked another electrical outlet, but I may have missed it. Mike was friendly and all smiles. If I ever get back to Buffalo again, I would stay there.

Honestly exceeded expectation for the price. Beds were queen size whereas other motels in the area offered double. The room was pretty big. Can't ask for much more at the price. The hotel manager was a pleasure and stayed up super late to let us in past midnight.

Since I am forced to put something here, the only positive thing I can say is that I didn't see any bugs. Other than that......this is a place that nightmares are made of.

We didnt like much, the room was old in need of renovation. The owner needs to spend some money to upgrade that room. Water pressure in the shower was good, that was about the only good thing about the entire room. It was dark and late when we arrived. We felt the motel was very overpriced for what we experienced. Night manager was very pleasant. We liked the location, very easy to get to. We got in late and didnt use the WiFi or tv.

I like smaller mom and pop operating places. The room was actually the cleanest Ive seen. Very spacious and comfortable.And I literally did not hear noise from any other room or outside.

The manager is the sweetest guy!! This hotel is a good stay at an affordable price for a single traveler. No frills, but definitely quiet, clean, and the bed is comfy. Shower had good hot water and water pressure. This is an old fashioned place that reminds me of the hotels I stayed at on 1980s family road trips.
